committees
Activity Sub-Committees are small committees which sponsor diverse resident activities. Individual Activity Chairs are generally chosen by their own group and confirmed by the Activity Chair.
Under the supervision of the Chair, the sub-committee chairs will assume leadership of their specified activity. They will recruit volunteers and will schedule activity events. Working with Casa Dorinda’s Life Enrichment and Administrative Support Directors, they will reserve rooms and equipment, and announce programs.
Examples of these committees include but are not limited to:
• Nelson Howard Committee
• Visual Arts Committee
• Dining Services Committee
• Library Committee
• Events Committee
• Scholarship Committee
