DINING (we are a non-tipped environment)
PORTERS / DISHWASHERS, Full-Time, Tuesdays through Saturdays, $18.50 to $20.00 per hour, DOE, Meals included
* Wash dishes, pots, and pans
* General cleaning of the food production areas
* Clean other areas of the kitchen as needed
* We require a High School diploma or a GED
* Prior commercial kitchen experience a plus
PREP COOK, Part-Time, Nights & Weekends, flexible hours, Line Cook experience a plus, $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, DOE, meals included
* Prepare and expedite food for our residents and their guests
We require the following:
* Two years' experience as a Cook, preferably in an institutional setting
* A current ServeSafe or Food Handlers' card
* A High School diploma or GED
ASSISTED LIVING / MEMORY CARE
UNIT SECRETARY, Part-Time, Weekends, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, DOE
* Provide administrative and clerical support to the Director
We require the following:
* Two (2) years of administrative experience in a health care setting, preferably with a geriatric population
* Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications
MEMORY CARE COORDINATOR, Full-Time, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, plus Alternate Weekends, $24.00 to $30.00 per hour, DOE
* Responsible for identifying and meeting the needs of residents with dementia
* Create enrichment programs that help to preserve skills
* Train and supervise memory care staff
We require:
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance
* Three (3) years of hands-on dementia / Alzheimer's care activity program facilitation experience
* One (1) year or more of prior leadership experience
CNA / CAREGIVER, Full-Time, Days, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
CNA / CAREGIVER, Full-Time, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. Every other weekend is required.
CNA / CAREGIVER, Per Diem, Weekends, all shifts $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, DOE.
* Coordinate total resident health care activities
* Provide professional assessment and intervention
* Functions as the key individual in assuring the delivery of quality health care for each resident
We require the following:
* CNA Certificate for CNA Candidates
* A minimum of one year of experience with dementia/memory care
MEDICAL CENTER (SNF)
Certified Nurse Assistant, Per Diem, NOC, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, DOE
* Under the direction of an RN, monitor resident health status
* Assist with activities of daily living
* Must possess a current California Nursing Assistant Certificate
* We prefer SNF prior experience
SALES & MARKETING
Sales & Marketing Associate, Full-Time, $31.25 to $33.65 per hour, DOE
Provide support to our sales and marketing team, and assist prospective residents throughout the inquiry, waitlist, and move-in process.
Must be detail-oriented, responsive, and enjoy providing exceptional service in a welcoming, professional environment.
We require the following:
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* Have a professional presence and demeanor, with exceptional customer service skills
* Able to manage multiple priorities and follow through effectively
* Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM/database systems
* Able to handle confidential information with discretion
*A genuine interest in working with older adults and their families
* Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or a similar service-oriented environment is preferred.
* A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
