MEDICAL CENTER
RNs, Full-Time, Evening Shifts ($45.00-$48.00 per hour DOE)
RNs, Part-Time, Weekends ($45.00-$48.00 per hour DOE)
Coordinates and supervises total resident health care activities, provides professional assessment and intervention; functions as the key individual in assuring the delivery of quality health care for each resident
Must possess a current California RN License with at least one year of experience providing direct resident care
SNF experience preferred
Must have a working knowledge of Title 22 regulations
LVNs, Full-Time, Evening Shifts ($36.00-$39.00 per hour DOE)
LVNs, Part-Time, Weekends ($36.00-$39.00 per hour DOE)

Sous Chef, Full-Time, $26.00 to $28.00 per hour, DOE
Prepare food in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations
Requires four (4) years of cooking experience
Requires a High School diploma or GED, or equivalent experience; Culinary degree or equivalent preferred
Requires a minimum of two (2) years’ Supervisor/Managerial experience
Must possess advanced culinary skills and complete knowledge of all kitchen equipment and tools
Serve Safe certification and experience in a retirement community, hospital or health management facility are preferred
Cook, Fine Dining Restaurant, Full-Time, $24.00 to $27.00 per hour, DOE
Prepares all food on menu for residents and their guests, including special diets, special dinners and holiday and special events, as well as menu for employee grill and employee events.
We require the following:
Nights and weekends are a must
A High School Diploma or a GED
Two (2) years’ experience as a Cook in an institutional setting, preferably experience with therapeutic diets
Trayline Cook, Full-Time, $24.00 to $27.00 per hour, DOE
Prepare food in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Dietary Sous Chef, the Executive Chef and the Dietitian/Dietary Manager, to assure that quality food service is provided at all times.
Work directly with the Dietary Sous Chef and the Dietitian/ Dietary Manager, to create innovative menus, utilizing our menu program.
We require the following:
Two years cooking experience
Must possess advanced culinary skills and complete knowledge of all kitchen equipment and tools
Preferred:
Graduate of Culinary School or equivalent program
Experience in a retirement community setting, health management facility or hospital
Education or Equivalent Experience: High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
Grill Server, Part-Time, $18.50- $19.50 per hour, DOE
Prepare dining room for meal service, serve meals to residents, attending to their needs throughout the meal
PLANT OPERATIONS
Maintenance Technician, Full-TIme, $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, DOE
Perform a variety of general mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural duties
Requires a high school diploma or a GED
Requires knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical equipment
Requires three (3) years experience in a general maintenance position; experience at a hotel or retirement community is desired.
Must have a current California Drivers License with a clean driving record.
