Dining Services Floor Manager
Will design and implement operational strategy in concert with the Director of Dining Services, Executive Chef, and Dining Room Manager. A significant portion of this position will be working on the Dining Room floor, ensuring the quality of food, service and atmosphere are at or above the Casa Dorinda’s highest standards and to ensure that guest’s needs are exceeded

Entry-Level Kitchen Staff
Various shifts, meals included, we will train you!

Maintains kitchen work areas in a clean and orderly condition

Prepare dining room for meal service, serve meals to residents, attending to their needs throughout the meal (weeknights)

Line Cook - Full time
Prepares all food on menu for residents and their guests, including special diets, special dinners and holiday and special events, as well as menu for employee grill and employee events

Evening & Weekend Driver (Part Time, On Call)
Provides transportation for residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing, in accordance with established Casa
Dorinda policies and procedures, and governmental regulations. Assists the Activities Director in the development and implementation of
a quality Activity program, as it relates to programs that include transportation; such as special outings and daily shopping, and additional
events as planned and appropriate
California State Class B driver’s license (with passenger (P) endorsement) required
Must participate in the DOT random drug and alcohol check program
DMV Pull Notice check annually with no serious violations recorded
Officer (Full Time; Friday - Monday; 6pm-4:30am)
Responsible for overall protection of Casa Dorinda residents, staff, and property
Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required: High school graduate or GED
Minimum Experience required: Previous experience in Security position preferred; previous experience working with elderly is desirable

Skills and Experience Requirements:

Sales & Marketing Manager
Initiates and follows the sales process with prospective residents and fulfills residence sales goals as established by administration. Assists in managing the strategic, financial, and outcome responsibilities for the Sales Department related to apartment sales, events, and move-in coordinator. Works with the director to strengthen Casa Dorinda’s efforts to benefit the surrounding community through charitable acts and involvement.
Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required: 2 years Retirement Community sales experience (CCRC or Lifecare Type A Community preferred) and a B.S. or B.A. in a related field, or 3 years experience and an A.S. or A.A. in a related field (sales, marketing, customer/member relations, fundraising, events, etc.)
Minimum Experience required: Demonstrated successful sales, development, or customer relations experience in a professional capacity; demonstrated understanding and concern for needs of older population
Skills Required: Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently and must have excellent phone etiquette
Receptionist (Part time Saturdays 1:30-7:30pm - additional 6 hours during the week Tuesday or Thursdays)
Serves as initial in-person and telephone contact for residents and guests of Casa Dorinda
Typical Duties include:
Greeting all visitors in a professional, cheerful and helpful manner
Directing visitors to appropriate location for their visit
Answering routine questions regarding the facility, organization and events
Assisting residents in a compassionate and patient manner and directs resident to appropriate staff member
Accepting deliveries and contacts resident-recipients in a timely manner
Efficiently operating the telephone console, answering all calls and directing calls to appropriate residents or staff members
Taking accurate and legible messages
