Casa Dorinda’s Fitness and Wellness Program is here to help connect you to your healthiest self. We provide a variety of active wellness options that utilize exercise, movement and the latest research and technology to enhance residents’ physical health and mental wellbeing. Whether you are in peak health and maintaining your favorite pastimes and activities, or recovering from injury or illness, or just noticing a decline in balance and strength, our Fitness team is ready to help you reach your goals. Our philosophy is to take a personalized approach, understand your needs, and meet you where you at your current level of fitness. Our priority is to find an effective approach that resonates and works for you, so you can live the life you desire.
Residents enjoy private access to a cardio room, strength training room, Pilates studio with reformers, indoor pool and spa, and locker rooms. The Health & Fitness Center is staffed Monday through Friday and provides exercise classes, equipment orientation, as well as individually designed exercise programs.
