Our campus features a variety of dining and culinary experiences. At Casa Dorinda, there is truly something to satisfy everyone’s palate. Enjoy regional cuisine as prepared by our Executive Chef, Michael Noyes. Our chefs skillfully prepare a wide variety of menu items that represent a range of personal tastes and dietary preferences for residents in all levels of care.
Casa Dorinda offers six dining venues: The Casa Main Dining Room, The Grill, Personal Care, Memory Care and two in the Medical Center. The Main Dining Room and The Grill are served by traditional wait staff, while the other dining rooms are served by Health Services staff.

The Grill offers a sophisticated casual dining experience in a warm inviting ambiance of rich wood tones, copper accents and deep blue hues. Cozy up to the bar for a specialty cocktail, espresso drink, or rotating craft beer on tap. Enjoy a perfectly prepared meal on the covered patio, an appetizer around the firepit or gather with friends in the parlor room while taking in the mountain views. The Grill menu offers innovative selections and creative twists on classic favorites along with rotating specials.

The Casa Main Dining Room offers an elegant fine dining experience. The simplistic elegance of the room reflects the heritage of the Main Casa. Breakfast and lunch offer a more casual table setting while dinner offers a white tablecloth dining experience to be shared with fellow residents and guests.

For residents wishing to host an intimate dinner party, family gathering, or a large event in one of our many reservable spaces, our Catering & Event staff will help you create the perfect event. From menu planning to décor, our staff will ease you through the process.
