Many of us have experienced an increase in stress and anxiety as a result of the recent disasters and evacuations we have faced. This is an opportunity to share with others as we heal from these difficult experiences. The group is facilitated by Julie Mowatt, Clinical Social Worker. The popular Mystery Dinners are back, so sign up in the Mail Room to reserve a place! This fun evening in the Casa Dining Room starts with you drawing a table number to see what table will be yours for dinner. That’s what makes it a mystery! You don’t know who will be your fellow dinner companions, and you will probably meet some very interesting people and hopefully some newer members of our community. We are keeping this dinner to 60 people, so do sign up right away or you might miss out.
CASA WINE CLUB: SPECIAL ITALIAN NIGHT
Wednesday, May 16 - 5:30pm - Dining Alcove. Come join Casa’s Wine Club for our Italian Food and Wine pairing dinner, featuring wines exclusively from Italy. Inspired by a fondness for Italian food and wine, Fuz Hume, Casa’s Wine Club Chairman, worked with Dining Services Director Scott Schonzeit and Chef Michael in collaboration with Stefano Biscotto and Tony Cirincione from Chambers & Chambers, to create a fantastic evening tasting unique wines, paired with dishes created by Chef Michael. During the course of the evening, Tony and Stefano will share stories and specific details about each wine, while Scott will share the ways in which the flavor profile of each wine works with the dishes prepared by Chef Michael. This evening’s tasting menu will feature a selection of appetizers and a five-course menu. If this evening sounds like an evening not to be missed, sign up in the Mail Room TODAY, as space will be limited. The price per person is $60, to be billed.

AARP DRIVER SAFETY COURSE
Tuesday & Wednesday, June 26 & 27 - 8:00am - 12:00pm - Education Center. This eight-hour course is offered in two four-hour sessions, with the AARP Driver Safety Program Instructor, Ann Skowbo, who is the coordinator for this area. The cost is $15 for members of AARP and $20 for non-members, to be billed, and includes course fee, materials, and a certificate. Upon completion of this course you will also be eligible for an auto insurance discount. Please sign up in the Mail Room.
