Entrance fees vary depending on the square footage of the
apartment and the age of the resident at time of entry to Casa Dorinda. The entrance fees quoted above are based
on some of the most common floor plans at age 80.
Application:
When application for residence in Casa Dorinda
is made, a non-refundable $350* per person processing fee is
required.
Waiting List:
Once application is approved, a $2,500* per person deposit is
required to be placed on Casa Dorinda's
Waiting List. One hundred percent of this deposit is applied toward
the entry fee, or the deposit is 80% refundable upon withdrawal.

Monthly Care Services Fee Includes

meals daily

housecleaning and maid service

furnished and laundered

utilities, including basic telephone and cable television
- emergency

- complete
maintenance of buildings, grounds, recreation areas and
equipment

supervision of buildings and grounds

the Medical Center as long as needed
